We don't consider that most of our elders that were fortunate enough to survive those times, are now in their senior years. The reality is that most of them in the most violent and dangerous time where our heroes were at the height of their power were in their 20s and 30s, some were teenagers. To bridge this reality and make it relevant, Fabian creates images of our civil rights heroes as if they were here today in hairstyles and clothes to reflect youth as they are now.
